About Alexander Fera

Having grown up in Los Angeles, my interest in real estate began at an early age after having seen my family successfully develop and invest in property over the years. Though playing professional baseball was a  main focus of mine, my eagerness to dive further into the world of real estate led me to a degree in Real Estate from West Los Angeles College, a secondary real estate license with Real Simple Real Estate out of Las Vegas, Nevada, and an SFR® (Short Sales and Foreclosure) designation - a complex designation that has provided me with the knowledge of successfully executing transactions that deal with the intricacies of short sales and foreclosure. However, my passion for real estate and education doesn't end there. I am a current law student at Ventura College of Law and a Certified Home Inspector in the State of California.

Being that I am an enthusiastic and committed realtor® whose belief has long been that there are no problems - only solutions, I find unparalleled excitement in helping my clients realize their dreams of buying or maximizing their profit in selling residential or commercial real estate in this competitive market. When I have spare time, you can find me on the golf course or spending time with friends and family.
